Drivers Assistant

As a Driver's Assistant, you set off from Hedel together with the driver. Your day usually starts around 6:00 AM, driving to hospitality venues all over the Netherlands to deliver orders. Think of beer, wine, and other products for the hospitality industry. You're frequently on the road, visit various places, and regularly interact with customers. Upon arrival, you help unload the truck and bring the delivery to the right place at the customer’s location. Especially around holidays, it can be extra busy. Together with the driver, you ensure that all deliveries are neat and on time. Your main tasks are:

• You drive with the driver to hospitality venues throughout the Netherlands;
• You help load and unload beer, wine, and other products;
• You bring deliveries to the right place at the customer;
• You check together with the driver if the delivery is complete;
• You handle the products with care; you interact with customers during delivery;
• You make sure, together with the driver, that the delivery is done properly and neatly.

• A gross hourly wage of € 17.31 excluding 1.35% ADV and € 17.54 including ADV;
• A 30% bonus for overtime on weekdays above 40 hours;
• A 50% bonus for working on Saturday;
• A 100% bonus for working on Sunday;
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer according to the 2026 regulation. The first 10 kilometers per single trip are not reimbursed. You receive a reimbursement for a maximum of 25 kilometers per single trip, with a maximum of € 5.75 per trip;
• The possibility to grow into a C Driver position after about six months;
• Paid training to become a C Driver if you move up.
