Team Leader - Technical Greenhouse Operations in Harmelen

As a Meewerkend voorman in Harmelen, you will be the hands-on team lead within a modern greenhouse environment. Your main tasks include performing crop spraying, applying biological pest controls, operating the forklift, supporting team members on the work floor, and carrying out technical maintenance duties. You are the go-to person for both daily production tasks and technical troubleshooting.

On a typical day, you’ll start by checking the day’s priorities, preparing and executing spraying or biological control routines, and ensuring all equipment is ready and safe to use. You’ll support colleagues with technical issues, coordinate small teams, and keep track of the technical status of the machinery and installations. Your role is dynamic—sometimes on the forklift, sometimes solving a technical fault, and always keeping an eye out to help your team.

• Experience in technical maintenance or a similar technical background

• Valid forklift certificate or willing to obtain one

A gross hourly wage of €18.50; paid weekly Free transportation to work by car or traditional bicycle.
