You will work with modern 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines in a two-shift operation. You are responsible for keeping the machines running smoothly and ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Monitoring machining processes and making adjustments when needed
• Performing quality checks using measuring equipment
• Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions
• Identifying and reporting deviations or technical issues
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and quality standards

• Salary between €3,220 and €3,517 gross per month
• 20% Shift allowance on top of your salary

Technical education and/or technical work experience

Ability to read technical drawings

Strong attention to quality and detail

Availability for a 2-shift schedule

Good communication in Dutch and/or English

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
