Warehouse & Cross Dock Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Cross-Dock Supervisor for our employer in Etten-Leur. The Etten-Leur location is new, so we’re looking for someone with experience in logistics who enjoys building a new facility from the bottom up.

What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse & Cross-Dock Supervisor, you’ll maintain an overview and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead the team, assign tasks, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the logistics team;
• Planning and assigning daily tasks;
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and cross-dock processes;
• Overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency;
• Adapting quickly when schedules change;
• Assisting on the warehouse floor when needed;
• Promoting good teamwork within the team.

Because the location in Etten-Leur is new, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the way we work from the very beginning.

You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Working hours: 5:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. You’ll have a 1-hour break every day.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar role, such as Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Team Leader, is required;
• You know how to manage and motivate a team;
• You’re good at maintaining an overview and setting priorities;
• You have a practical mindset and are confident and self-assured;
• You speak English fluently.

• A salary ranging from €17.30 to €17.99 gross per hour, depending on experience;
• Full-time position (40 hours per week);
• Constant working hours from Monday through Friday;
• Work at a new location in Etten-Leur;

• A relatively small warehouse with quick communication lines.

Our employer is an international logistics service provider that distributes products from manufacturers to retail locations and customers. The company operates in various European countries and supplies, among other things, convenience products, tobacco, pharmaceutical products, books, and lottery products.

The location in Etten-Leur is new. Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience who can ensure the logistics process runs smoothly from the start and work with the team to establish effective procedures.
