Job description

Due to temporary leave, there is a temporary and part-time position available as Lab Manager. The team is rather independent and has the technical knowledge regarding product development and quality. The team will thus take over some of the duties of the manager, meaning that two days per week will be sufficient to guide the team. As the interim Lab Manager, you supervise about 10 people, equally distributed over the R&D team and the Quality team. You distribute the workload, represent the lab teams internally with sales, supply chain and production, manage monthly KPIs, and help make decisions based on the input from the team.

Profile

• Experienced Lab Manager
• Knowledge of cosmetics regulations is a big plus
• Available for a temporary and part-time position per 2027
