We are currently recruiting motivated production workers for multiple food production companies in the Utrecht area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at different locations, allowing you to broaden your experience, learn new skills, and become familiar with a range of production processes. What we offer:

• An hourly gross salary between €15.62 and €17.33, excluding shift bonuses;
• Extra compensation for evening and night shifts, ranging from 13.5% up to 39%;
• A travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km one-way distance;
• The possibility to follow courses and obtain certificates, including Operator and Reach Truck certifications;
• A flexible work schedule where you can indicate the days and times that suit your availability.

What will you be doing?
As a Production Employee, you play an important role in the preparation and packaging of food products. Together with your team, you help keep production running efficiently while making sure quality and safety standards are met. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude contribute to a smooth workflow and a well-organized production environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Packing and preparing finished products so they are ready for shipment;
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment during the manufacturing process;
• Performing quality checks on products, packaging, and labeling to ensure all requirements are met;
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations;
• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals and meet daily schedules.

Jouw kwaliteiten
What are we looking for?

• You have a good command of either English, Dutch, or both, allowing you to understand procedures and work safely within a production environment;
• You enjoy working in different locations and are open to being assigned to various production facilities throughout the region;
• You are flexible regarding working hours and can work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights for 16 to 32 hours per week;
• You are eager to learn new skills, adapt quickly to changing tasks, and become familiar with different production equipment;
• You have an eye for detail, value quality, and actively contribute to a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Waar ga je werken?
Miljoenen heerlijke koekjes maakt Pally elke dag in de industriële bakkerij in Nieuwegein. Het bedrijf bestaat sinds 1886 en is met recht dé specialist in biscuits. We bieden een ruim assortiment in droge en met een laag chocolade overgoten biscuits. Vanuit Nieuwegein vinden deze koekjes hun weg naar meer dan 35 landen. Pally Biscuits maakt sinds 2012 een enorme groei door en het einde is nog lang niet in zicht. De laatste jaren is ruim 30 miljoen euro geïnvesteerd in moderne productielijnen. Inmiddels staan de volgende grote investeringen alweer op de rol. Pally Biscuits investeert ook in haar mensen.
