Costumer Service Specialist

Description

• Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery.
• Provide timely updates on order status, shipments, and product availability.
• Work with 3PL/4PL sites in the Netherlands.
• Partner with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Set up, check and maintain customer accounts in the system
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Profile

• 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French or German is a plus;
• Available for full-time (40 hours);
• Being 3-4 days at the office in Amsterdam North, Netherlands;
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands;
• Per immediately available - start ASAP.

Job Offer

• Salary: 3500 euros (gross based on 40 hours);
