The Dock Team is responsible for the efficient organisation of loading and unloading processes and coordinating the movement of goods between the warehouse and the loading bay area. This department combines tasks related to both Inbound and Outbound operations, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Your main duties will include:

• Directing traffic at the loading docks,
• Loading and unloading trucks,
• Transporting pallets between the warehouse and loading bays,
• Checking the correct placement of goods inside trailers,
• Securing loads for transportation,
• Cooperating with drivers and the transport department,
• Monitoring loading and unloading schedules.

In this position, you will primarily work with:

• an electric pallet truck (EPT),
• a counterbalance forklift (Heftruck),
• and, in selected situations, a Reach Truck.

Working in the Dock Team is more dynamic than in traditional Inbound or Outbound departments, as it requires efficient organisation and timely completion of loading and unloading activities according to truck arrival and departure schedules.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• accurate and detail-oriented,
• committed and responsible in their approach to work,
• well-organised,
• able to operate electronic devices and warehouse scanners,
• able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Communicative knowledge of English,
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse position, particularly working with large and heavy goods,
• Familiarity with warehouse scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
• Ability to operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) and a counterbalance forklift (Heftruck), with valid certificates.

Employment from Monday to Friday,

One-shift work from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM,

Weekly working hours: 38.75 hours,

Salary ranging from €15.69 to €16.28 gross per hour,

Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre (for distances over 10 km),

Stable employment in a modern and well-organised working environment.
