Warehouse Operator Venlo or Roermond- Healthcare Logistics

As a Warehouse Operator in healthcare logistics, you’ll support the movement of vital medical products that hospitals and healthcare providers rely on every day. Working from Venlo or Roermond, you ensure shipments are processed correctly, safely, and on schedule.

You’ll use modern warehouse systems and equipment while working in a team that values precision, safety, and collaboration.

• Goods Inspection: Check incoming deliveries and perform quality controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for shipment with attention to detail
• Inventory Processing: Accurately register incoming and outgoing goods in the system
• Loading & Unloading: Handle shipments safely using tools such as electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

You are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured team environment.

• MBO level 1 diploma or equivalent
• Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Experience in logistics or healthcare is an advantage
• Flexible and comfortable working in shifts
• Familiar with warehouse equipment and digital systems

• €15.40 gross per hour
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
• Yearly evaluation to increase your salaru
• 25% shift allowance for work after 19:00
• Travel allowance up to €9.47 per day
• 29 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance (based on 40 hours)
