Order Picker | Tiel - Logistics Distribution Center

As an Order Picker, you’re a key player in making sure every order is processed accurately and on time. Your day starts with a cup of coffee and a quick chat with your team. You’ll use a handheld scanner to collect products based on daily orders, check item quality, and get orders ready for shipping. Sometimes, you’ll help receive new goods or double-check outgoing orders. You take pride in keeping your workspace tidy and organized. Teamwork is a big part of the job, and you’ll work closely with others to hit daily targets and support each other.

Your main tasks include:

• Picking and collecting products for shipping using a handheld scanner
• Performing quality checks on outgoing goods
• Preparing and packing orders for transport
• Helping with receiving goods and stock checks if needed
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Supporting team members to achieve daily goals

This is a full-time, on-site role in Tiel, Monday through Friday, usually between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, in a modern and organized warehouse environment.

• Vmbo-level work and thinking skills
• At least 1 year of experience in order picking, warehouse, or logistics jobs
• Comfortable speaking Dutch and/or English at work
• Able to commute up to 25 km to Tiel
• Reliable, accurate, and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in logistics

• Hourly wage between € 15.39 and € 17.39, paid weekly
