As a Project Manager Transaction Monitoring, you lead complex change initiatives across Business and Technology, ensuring high-quality, compliant execution within a global financial institution. In this role, you drive high-impact transformation within the FEC domain. You bring structure to large-scale programs, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate cross-functional dynamics to deliver transparent, measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategic change initiatives across the full project lifecycle within Transaction Monitoring.
• Connect Business and Technology teams to bridge operational needs and technical implementation.
• Deliver transparent progress reports, risk assessments, and executive management updates.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO, project managers, and the FEC Management Team.
• Solve complex organizational challenges to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.

• You hold a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• You have demonstrable experience leading large-scale, complex projects within a matrix organization.
• You have proven knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management domain practices.
• You have full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Je ontvangt een goed salaris tussen de €6.200 en €6.900 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur.
• Een maandelijks individueel keuzebudget (IKB) van 10,66% van jouw salaris dat je flexibel kunt inzetten.
• 25 vakantiedagen + de optie om 6 extra dagen bij te kopen.
• Flexibele feestdagen; de vrijheid om te ruilen voor andere feestdagen.
• Pensioenopbouw vanaf dag 1 en een collectief zorgverzekeringspakket.
• Een goede reiskostenvergoeding; 100% OV vergoeding of € 0,23 cent per km.
• Je ontvangt een budget van €750 netto om jouw thuiswerkplek in te richten.
• Je ontvangt een internetvergoeding van €20 netto per maand.
• Er is een Choose Your Own Phone-regeling (CYOP), waarbij je per 2 jaar €225 netto ontvangt voor de aanschaf van een smartphone.
• Je neemt deel aan diverse bonusregelingen, zoals een referral bonus van max. €1.500, een marktbonus en je maakt kans op een outperformance bonus.
• Via de Randstad Professional Academy heb je toegang tot ruim 3000 opleidingen voor jouw groei en ontwikkeling.
• Je kunt gebruik maken van een sabbatical 1 keer per 3 jaar voor maximaal een jaar.
