As a Customer Support Representative, you manage an international portfolio of airliners and aircraft manufacturers. You act as the vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order flows and proactive communication. As a Customer Support Representative, you are responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of customer accounts, consisting of a mix of Airliners, Aircraft Manufacturers and 3rd party shops.
The team
As our Customer Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team Component Services at our Hoofddorp office.
The team consists of several smaller teams, creating a diverse group of colleagues with experience levels ranging from starters to highly experienced professionals. The short-term goal of the team is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction by coordinating customer orders end-to-end, monitoring turnaround times and resolving issues. The long-term goal is to strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and identifying opportunities for extended collaboration. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Program Managers, Buyers and customers.
What will you do?
As our Customer Support Representative, you are responsible for coordinating customer orders and acting as the primary point of contact between customers and the business. You ensure smooth communication, monitor progress and proactively address potential issues.
In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:
Coordinating the end-to-end flow of customer orders.
Creating and maintaining overviews of current order statuses.
Monitoring turnaround times (TAT) and identifying potential delivery issues.
Acting as the link between customers and internal stakeholders.
Communicating customer questions and requests to relevant departments and following up on responses.
Check and challenge internal and external shop finding reports.
Preparing quotations and following up on quote approvals.
Contributing to customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
What do you bring?
You are a Customer Support Representative who communicates clearly and effectively with different stakeholders and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. As the link between the customer and the business, you build trust through reliable communication and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
In addition, you have:
HBO+ degree or equivalent level of education.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
Experience working with ERP systems
