Shift Manager Logistics

Are you an experienced people leader who enjoys improving operations and motivating teams? For an international logistics company in Holtum, SD Worx is looking for a Shift Manager to lead and develop a team in a dynamic operational environment.

You are already living in the Netherlands and speak fluent English. Dutch is a plus, but not required.

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, warehousing or another operational environment.
• Experience coaching and managing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset combined with a genuine interest in people development.
• The ability to challenge existing processes and turn ideas into practical improvements.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.

As Shift Manager, you are responsible for the smooth, safe and efficient running of the operation. You lead 2-3 Team Leaders, who are responsible for approximately 30-35 Operators.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop your team and Team Leaders.
• Monitor performance, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Create structure and clear working procedures.
• Support teams through change and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
