CNC Operator

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced CNC grinding machines. You will load the correct programs and data, monitor the production process, and make adjustments where necessary to ensure quality.

You will also carry out quality checks on the produced components and actively contribute ideas for process improvements. You will work closely with colleagues in an (international) team, where precision and cooperation are important.

Working Hours (2 Shifts)

• Morning shift: 05:30 - 14:00

• Afternoon shift: 13:45 - 22:30

• MBO-4 level of working and thinking, preferably in machining or mechanical engineering

• Affinity with CNC machining processes

• Accurate, eager to learn, responsible, and proactive

• Team player who can also work independently

• Good command of Dutch and/or English

• Available full-time

• Willing to work in a two-shift system

• Starting salary from €2,796 gross per month

• Approximately €15.98 gross per hour (based on 38.75 hours per week)

• 20% shift allowance

• 38.75-hour working week
