Are you ready to shape structure, drive program control, and streamline cross-functional alignment within a dynamic environment? As a PMO within Customer Support department, you bring control, clarity, and direction to complex program objectives and delivery commitments.

In this role, you support key decision-making processes and ensure that program strategy seamlessly translates into execution. You maintain visibility over risks, financial milestones, and resource management, keeping every stakeholder aligned and informed.

• Facilitate program governance, tracking progress, RAID logs, key decisions, and critical action points
• Manage resource demand, capacity planning, and capacity forecasts to prevent delivery bottlenecks
• Oversee financial management, tracking FTEs, budgets, and milestone performance
• Maintain integrated program plans, management dashboards, and high-level progress reports
• Standardize documentation and manage communications across internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

You are successful when you meet the following requirements:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Management role
• You have experience in resource management, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and tracking project budgets/FTEs.
• You have experience working in complex, cross-functional project environments
• You possess demonstrable proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

• Gross monthly salary between €6000-€7000 based on your education and experience.
