A growing international logistics organisation in the Schiphol area is looking to strengthen its finance team with an experienced Finance Administrator. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the company plays a key role in international transportation, warehousing and supply chain operations.
Description
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and on time
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Perform bank, balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Support month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Assist with VAT and compliance-related administration
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service and logistics teams
Profile
- MBO+ or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Experience with AP, AR and general ledger administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English; Dutch is advantageous
- Available for 40 hours per week
