• €2,624 to €2,881 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience
• 18.33% shift allowance on top of your base salary
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week, with paid breaks
• Working in a 3-shift schedule (06:00-14:00 | 14:00-22:00 | 22:00-06:00)
• A position where you will work with multiple machines and production lines
• A high level of independence on the production floor
• A varied working day combining different activities
• A working environment where technology and production come together
• Opportunities to further develop your skills within production
• An informal working atmosphere with short communication lines
• Good guidance and support when starting in the role

You will join an international manufacturing company focused on the development and production of lightweight products made from plastic and particle foam. The organization serves various industrial sectors and combines modern production techniques with customized solutions for its customers.

As a Production Operator, you are an important link between the machines, materials and finished products. You keep an overview of the production process and ensure that all activities are carried out according to schedule and work instructions.

• Independently operate multiple machines and closely monitor the production processes
• Register production progress and relevant production data in the ERP system
• Package and label products according to work instructions
• Move products and materials using an EPT (electric pallet truck)
