• Relevant work experience in logistics or a warehouse environment.
• A valid forklift certificate is preferred.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.

• Salary: €17,58 gross per hour
• Working hours mainly between 13:00 and 22:00.
• Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometer
• A varied position within a dynamic logistics environment.
• A combination of hands-on work, administration and coordination.

For our client in Weert, we are looking for a Crossdock Logistics Employee. In this role, you are responsible for the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. You work closely with the planning team and help ensure that the daily activities within your warehouse run efficiently.

Your role combines coordination with hands-on work. You will guide and support colleagues during loading and unloading, while also actively working on the warehouse floor during busy periods. In addition, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of logistics documents.

Your responsibilities:

• Guide and support colleagues during loading and unloading.
• Help maintain a smooth flow of goods within the warehouse.
• Actively support the team on the floor during busy periods.
• Process and check logistics documents.
• Work closely with the planning team.
• Communicate with different colleagues within the warehouse.

No two days are the same. The variety of goods and customers makes your work dynamic and varied. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and the ability to switch quickly between tasks are important.Working hours: mainly between 13:00 and 21:30. You will have your weekends off.
