At Kramp, we believe our people are the driving force behind our success, today and in the future. As we accelerate towards Strategy 2030, strengthening our performance and growth culture is an important priority.
To help us take the next step, we are looking for a Performance Management Lead who combines deep Performance Management expertise with a broader Organisational Development (OD) perspective — turning ambitions into practical approaches that work across Kramp.
Your role
As Performance Management Lead, you play a key role in strengthening Kramp’s performance and growth culture across Europe.
Your primary focus is Performance Management: connecting our strategy and priorities to what teams and individuals do every day, strengthening performance and ownership, and helping people grow and develop.
You combine a clear conceptual view with hands-on implementation. You help make Performance Management meaningful for managers and employees, with effective processes and technology supporting what matters most: clear goals and great performance and development conversations. Alongside Performance Management, you contribute to the wider OD and People & Culture (P&C) agenda, helping us translate our ambitions into practical ways of working that build Kramp, now and for the future.
You will work on
- Lead Kramp’s Performance Management agenda, embedding and maturing our approach across Kramp
- Strengthen the connection between Kramp’s strategy, team priorities and individual goals and contribution
- Make Performance Management meaningful and engaging for employees and managers, with high-quality goal setting, feedback, performance and development conversations
- Build Performance Management capability across managers, employees and HR
- Ensure system, processes and communication effectively enable our Performance Management approach, together with HR Service Delivery and Communication teams
- Connect Performance Management with Reward, Talent & Succession and Learning & Development, while contributing to the broader OD agenda
- Use data, feedback, sounding boards and external insights to understand what works and make focused improvements that strengthen effectiveness
Your Team
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development (TA&OD) team, reporting to the Head of TA&OD. Within OD, you work closely with colleagues who each lead their own areas of expertise.
We work as one team. Everyone has clear ownership of their portfolio, while challenging and supporting each other, learning and being each other's back-up.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Service Delivery, Rewards, Communication and HR teams across Europe. Building alignment and getting things done together are important parts of the role.
Who are you?
- You bring strong experience in Performance Management within an international organisation, ideally across both operational and office populations and in a matrix environment
- Proven track record of implementing and strengthening Performance Management, including goal setting and cascading, feedback, and performance and development conversations
- Strong ability to translate a Performance Management approach into practical processes, systems and ways of working, with experience in Workday or a similar HR system
- Experience driving adoption and building capability across managers, employees and HR, using data and insights to understand effectiveness and progress
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and get things done across countries, functions and HR teams
- You combine conceptual thinking with pragmatic execution, bring a passion for Performance Management and are curious to broaden your impact across Organisational Development; experience in areas such as D&I, Learning & Development, Reward or Change is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is preferred.
