Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you oversee the daily execution of our third-party logistics (3PL) operations. You work closely with external logistics partners, carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. Your responsibilities include supporting warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order processing.

A typical day involves planning, executing, and monitoring logistics activities. You liaise with warehouse teams about order processing progress, closely track inventory movements, and quickly resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you coordinate transport networks, maintain strong relationships with carriers, and provide operational updates to clients. You handle logistics inquiries, address delivery or fulfillment issues, and monitor key logistics KPIs and operational costs. You also support budget planning and suggest process improvements.

• Startdate: as soon as possible
• Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, or 3PL operations
• Experience coordinating external logistics service providers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations
• Experience monitoring operational performance and resolving issues
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Professional and solution-oriented communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of customs handling and import/export processes (including documentation and HS codes) is a plus
