Orderpicker Albert Heijn - Almere

You will play a key role in making sure supermarket products reach customers on time. Your daily work as an Orderpicker involves collecting supermarket items from the warehouse shelves and preparing orders for delivery. You’ll use hand scanners and work both in cold and warm areas, so you need to be ready for different environments. Each shift is active and can include a lot of walking.

• Pick and scan supermarket products for customer orders
• Work in both warm and cold areas of the warehouse
• Meet weekly picking targets and quality standards
• Keep your workspace organized and clean
• Switch between departments when needed

You’ll work day shifts (6:00-14:30), evening shifts (14:30-23:00), and after training, potentially night shifts (23:00-6:00) from Monday till Saturday.

• Private accommodation

• Available for at least 32 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Willing to work in both cold and warm areas and switch departments as needed
• Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
• No previous experience needed, but similar roles like warehouse worker or logistics assistant are a plus
