• Clinical excellence: Performing 3D scans and X-rays, providing oral hygiene, sterilizing instruments, and coordinating the preparation of materials.
• Patient management: Receiving patients, explaining treatment procedures, and ensuring the accurate entry of clinical data into our digital systems.

📋 Job requirements

• Work experience: Demonstrable experience in a dental environment assisting dental professionals.
• Technical skills: Experience working with electronic patient records (EPR), X-ray equipment, intraoral scanners, and digital file management.
• Work permit: Valid work permit for the country of employment and full compliance with all laws and regulations in healthcare/dentistry.
• Skills: Good typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• Physical capacity: Able to stand for 8 hours, perform fine motor movements with small instruments, and lift up to 20 kg.
• Mobility & Availability: Willingness to travel between practice locations and work a flexible schedule (including evenings, holidays, and weekends), depending on the needs of the practice.
• Communication: Fluent command of English is required for internal communication with the team. Proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
• Teamwork & Mentality: A collaborative, empathetic, and positive attitude; adaptability in a continuously changing environment.
