Barista Medewerker

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join a leading high-end catering company at a prestigious office location in Amsterdam. As the face of the coffee bar, you'll create memorable coffee moments every day by serving premium-quality coffee with genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

What will you do?
As our Barista, you'll ensure every cup of coffee is prepared to perfection. You'll welcome employees with a warm smile, craft a wide range of specialty coffees, and create an inviting atmosphere where people enjoy taking a break.
Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
• Advising guests on different coffee blends and brewing methods.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming coffee bar.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring all products are replenished on time.

Who are you?
You have a genuine passion for coffee and enjoy making someone's day with an exceptional cup of coffee. You are friendly, professional and take pride in providing outstanding service.
In addition, you:

• Have experience as a Barista or a strong interest in specialty coffee (experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm is just as important).
• Are customer-focused with a naturally hospitable attitude.
• Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Have a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Are fluent in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
