As an assembly employee, you work with precision and have a keen eye for detail. 🤝To make a flying start in the department, it’s important that you meet the following requirements:

• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You have your own transportation to get to location of Benchmark in Almelo;
• You can work full-time from Monday to Friday;
• You have at least 1 year of relevant assembly and panel building experience;
• You have you own housing secured;

As an assembly employee, you will build high-end electrical control panels and complex cabinets. From custom wiring in the wire center to precision assembling in the Boxbuild or white room department, your eye for detail makes all the difference! Together with your team, you turn technical designs into high-performance electronics. Therefore, a background and insight in electrotechnics are definitely a plus! You will start with a 1-week course at Benchmark's in-house Technical School to get fully trained and ready for action. The start of the training is week 45, and in the week 46 you move to production floor. A nice and collective start of your new job! 😄

Would you like flexible work hours? Sure possible! You can choose to start work between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. You work 8 hour a day.

You will join Benchmark in Almelo, a leader in producing technology for the chip industry, aviation, maritime security, and medical equipment.
