Role Description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to drive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives within a production facility. You will work closely with operations and management teams to strengthen safety culture, ensure compliance, and support environmental performance.

Responsibilities
- Advise and support departments on HSE-related topics.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the site.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Lead initiatives related to machine safety, chemical safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
- Manage emergency response plans and coordinate emergency response teams.
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare safety and environmental reports.
- Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE/SHE management systems, risk assessments, and auditing principles.
- Proven experience in both Safety and Environmental Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence teams at all levels.
- Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
