Control Tower Specialist

As a Control Tower Specialist you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating end-to-end transport operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently across multimodal networks while proactively managing customer communication, carrier performance, administrative processes, and transport exceptions to deliver high service levels and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Description

• Actively support the order acceptance process and manage administrative tasks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing advice and quickly resolving issues such as refused shipments or cargo damage.
• Maintain an efficient carrier portfolio to ensure cost-effective pickup and delivery services.
• Consolidate shipments to maximize load capacity while taking customer requirements and regulations into account.
• Collaborate closely with carriers to ensure they always have accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support the team and manager in achieving objectives and strengthening customer relationships.

Profile

• Proven experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Structured way of working with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Offer

• Salary up to €3,500 per month based on full-time employment.
• 8% holiday allowance annually.
• 13th-month salary as an annual bonus.
