• Gross monthly salary between €2,517 and €3,574, depending on your experience.

Because you will work in a 24-hour operation, additional allowances apply:

• 30% between 20:00 and 00:00
• 45% between 00:00 and 06:00
• 50% on Saturdays and Sundays
• 100% on public holidays

Wat ga je doen?
As an Assistant Team Leader, you support the daily logistics operation and help ensure that parcel flows continue without delays. You work closely with warehouse employees, team leaders, and colleagues from different departments. Your role is to support the team, monitor progress, and help solve issues on the work floor.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges. When parcel volumes increase unexpectedly or a process slows down, you quickly assess the situation and help find a practical solution. Thanks to your support, the team can continue working efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting, guiding, and coaching operational employees.
• Monitoring parcel flows, quality, and productivity.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Training and onboarding new team members.
• Assisting the Team Leader with daily administration and operational tasks

Jouw kwaliteiten
We are looking for someone with logistics experience who enjoys taking responsibility and supporting colleagues during daily operations.

For this position, it is important that you have:

• VMBO, LBO, or equivalent working and thinking level.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or an operational environment.
• Good communication skills in English. Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience supporting, guiding, or coordinating colleagues.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
