Production operator

As a production operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the filling and packaging process. In this full-time role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, leading team members, setting up machines, and solving minor technical issues. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself through internal trainings and there are ample prospects for growth within the organization. This is a permanent position offering a stable workplace with clear working hours.

You start your workday with a brief handover and by checking the production schedule. Then, you allocate tasks and give clear instructions to the team. Throughout the day, you monitor the quality of filling and packaging, conduct checks on weight and labeling, and keep a close eye on production progress. You’ll also resolve minor malfunctions and ensure a clean working environment.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English
• Living within 10 km of Zaandam
