CNC Machine Operator

• Technical insight or experience in a manufacturing or production environment

How is the salary calculated?
The basic hourly wage is €16.06.
You will receive a 120% bonus for all hours worked, whether you work early, late, or night shifts. €16.06 x 120% = €19.27.
On top of that, you will also receive €0.91 in ADV per hour worked: €19.27 + €0.91 = €20.18 gross per hour.

As a CNC Operator, you are at the heart of our production process, ensuring every part meets the highest standards.

You will:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced CNC machines
• Transform raw aluminum into precise, high-quality components following technical drawings
• Conduct thorough quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Finish parts with sanding, grinding, and cleaning
• Assemble and package final products ready for shipment
