Assistant Garbage Truck Driver

As an Assistant Garbage Truck Driver, you will work alongside the lead driver on daily collection routes. Your tasks include:

• Driving four collection rounds per day together with the lead driver;
• Collecting paper, plastic and residual waste;
• Positioning waste containers and operating the tipping mechanism;
• Assisting with loading and collection activities where needed;
• Independently driving a plastic collection route each day in a Mercedes garbage truck;
• Replacing the lead driver during holidays and absences for several weeks per year;
• Ensuring routes are completed safely and efficiently.

• Gross hourly wage of €16.50;
• Approximately 45 working hours per week;
• Stable, full-time employment;
• Working hours between 07:00 and 16:00 / 17:30 (depending on the route)
• Friendly and supportive team environment;

• Valid Class C driving license with code 95;
• Basic command of the English language;
• Reliable and responsible work attitude;
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors;
