Customer Service representative (C1/C2 French)

Are you an experienced customer service or administrative professional with a strong passion for international trade? Do you speak fluent French and English, and do you already live within 30 km of Breda? If you are looking for a high-level B2B role—where you truly manage key relationships and complex supply chain processes rather than working in a call center—then Lamb Weston EMEA is looking for you!

As a customer care representative for the Southern European market (focused on France and surrounding regions), you oversee the complete order-to-cash process for international foodservice, retail, and B2B partners.

• Processing, confirming, and monitoring customer orders end-to-end using SAP
• Direct daily communication with international clients, account managers, and logistics partners
• Ensuring orders are dispatched and delivered on time and in full (OTIF), including required export/shipping documentation

You are a skilled and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable dealing with commercial stakes, tracking logistics, and resolving complex operational queries. You recognize yourself:

• You already live close to Breda. If you are currently living outside of the Netherlands, we can't take you into procedure
• You have experience in B2B customer service, supply chain administration or order management. You know how to switch between detailed administration and customer contact.
• You are fluent in French (C1/native level) and English. Knowledge of another Southern European language (Spanish or Italian) is a major plus!
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Excel
