Logistics Employee

As a Logistics Employee at a company specializing in berries, you are the link between logistics and production. You ensure that products and materials are moved with an electric pallet truck (EPT) to the right place at the right time, so the production process runs smoothly. Flexibility is essential: when needed, you’re ready to help out in production.

Your workday starts early or in the afternoon, depending on your shift. You load and unload goods and keep the workspace tidy and organized. Together with colleagues, you keep things running smoothly—both in the warehouse and on the production floor. You strictly follow hygiene and safety rules and help ensure that fresh berries are processed and packed efficiently.

You will work at a production company in the Venlo region focused entirely on the processing and packaging of berries. Teamwork and quality are key here. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organized. You’ll join a diverse team working together to keep production and logistics running efficiently.

• MBO working and thinking level (secondary vocational education)
• Valid EPT certificate and experience operating an EPT
• Affinity with logistics or production
• Willingness to work in production when needed
• Sufficient command of Dutch or English
• Flexible availability
• Able to work accurately and strictly follow hygiene rules
• No jewelry, artificial nails, or other non-permitted items during work
• Speaking Polish is a plus

• Starting salary €15.68 gross per hour
• Hourly wage can increase up to €17.99 gross
• Full-time work during the busy season (38 hours per week)
