Customer Operational Specialist Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Operations Specialist (COS) team at Munro Tailoring’s headquarters in Amsterdam. As a COS intern Your tasks will include:

• Responding to standard customer inquiries via email and phone;

• Assisting with return requests and complaint handling;

• Checking and entering customer data into our systems;

You’ll also bring new energy by:

• Offering fresh ideas for customer communications;

• Giving feedback on existing processes — “Why do we do it this way? Could it be improved?”.

Contributing to internal content & documentation:

• Helping to create or update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);

• Supporting our customer satisfaction survey: setting it up, analysing responses, and sharing insights.

Supporting the team by taking on smaller but important tasks:

• Helping with unpacking and checking incoming packages to ensure everything is in perfect order and ready for the next step.

Ideally you will be:

• You are enrolled in related study on vocational or bachelor level;

• You have a good command of English and great communication skills;

• You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel;

• You are eager to learn new systems;

• You can work independently and have a proactive mindset;

• You are detail-oriented;

• You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.
