Driver CE

For our client in Heteren, we are looking for a CE driver for retail distribution. Each day you start work at the distribution center in Heteren and then visit a number of store branches. Your electric pallet truck makes it easier to move goods from the loading/unloading area to the store. Don't mind spending a night away from home? Then overnight routes are a possibility. If you'd also like to sleep in your own bed now and then, you can choose a four-day instead of a five-day work week. Fewer working days are also possible by arrangement.

• As a CE driver in retail distribution, you are the link between the distribution center and various stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• You start your workday at the distribution center, where you check and carefully load your cargo. You then head out on your route and deliver the goods on time and in perfect condition to the various branches.
• Thanks to an electric pallet truck, loading and unloading is efficient and physically less demanding.
• You work to a tight schedule, but there's always room for friendly customer contact. You help store staff where needed and check returned shipments.
• Depending on your preference and the schedule, overnight stays may occur, but this is not a requirement.
• You drive through both urban and rural areas and sometimes need to maneuver in narrow streets or busy town/city centers.
• Your driving skills and independent work attitude ensure every trip runs smoothly.
• Working days Monday through Friday.
• You start early in the morning; an average workday is 10 to 12 hours.

• Driving license category CE and a valid Code 95.
• Several years of relevant driving experience.
• Available to work one Saturday every two weeks.
• Enthusiastic and customer-friendly.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.

As a CE driver in retail distribution, you get:

• Salary between €16.64 and €20.24 gross per hour.
• Pension scheme through the TLN CAO.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay.
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per km from 10 km one-way.
• Guidance from experienced driver instructors Koen, Alfred, and Jordy.
• A varied job in retail distribution.
