As team Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by proper allocation of transactional volume to the team. You will motivate the team members and make sure that the team keeps the high quality and performance.

Description
  • Develop and monitor daily KPI’s to track the progress of the team’s AP accounts
  • Identification of potential process improvements
  • Ensure weekly full tracking of invoice posting backlog and follow up plan with the individual team members
  • Develop together with the team templates for automatic posting of invoices within the Basware software
  • Ensure correct and timely month-end closing which includes monitoring and controlling the monthly balance sheet reconciliation by your team of AP specific balance sheet accounts including the intercompany reconciliation
  • Conduct regular audits on invoice processing and procedures and work with both the local team and the head of AP to identify and fix deficiencies
  • Support the team on daily booking of all service invoicesand expense reports
  • Responsiblefor approval of the weekly payment batches
  • Support the team on weekly cash flow forecast
  • Take part in the recruitment process of new hires, both in CV selection and job interviewing
You will work closely together with the head of AP.

Job Offer
  • Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
  • Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
  • Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
  • Fridays are usually the dress casually days
  • Travel allowance
  • Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home

Gevraagd

* Bachelor or master in Finance
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in AP or FFSC environment in an international company
* Team player
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Good organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to work in a high demanding environment
* Experience with Basware is an advantage
