Manager Strategic Accounts Sassenheim

This role focuses on managing business relationships within the designated area, delivering profitable growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. As an expert in the Yacht industry, the job involves delivering monthly forecasts, developing business plans, and rolling out strategies to major accounts. The position requires expert knowledge of products/services, analyzing market trends, and providing training and demonstrations to customers. Proactively preventing and solving technical issues, maintaining accurate CRM records, and promoting a positive company image are essential aspects of this role.

• Manage business relationships for major accounts, ensuring profitable growth.
• Deliver monthly forecasts and develop business plans/strategies.
• Roll out and coordinate marketing strategies for major accounts.
• Provide expert knowledge on products/services and analyze market trends.
• Conduct training, demonstrations, and testing processes for customers.
• Collaborate with the technical department to handle complex issues.
• Proactively prevent and solve technical problems at existing customers.
• Update CRM with accurate customer-related information systematically.
• Promote a positive company image and develop long-term relations with major accounts.

• Preferably NACE + RMCI qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Yacht industry or similar (Marine, Protective Coatings).
• Knowledge of painting processes, products, and application processes.
• Willingness to travel across the area and beyond to support colleagues or attend meetings/training courses.
