What will you do?
As an employee in our team, you will assist people who need help quickly. You talk to them to find out what help that is. This could be the police in connection with a burglary, but also a garage because they are on the highway with a flat tire. It is therefore important that you can quickly determine what is needed to help the person on the line as quickly as possible. You stand firm on your feet and can act decisively, without losing your empathy. You offer a listening ear where necessary, but remain professional and provide the right solution.
Customers contact us by telephone or chat. It is therefore important that you can speak Dutch and English and write well. We work 24/7, so working night shifts should not be a problem for you.

What are we looking for in you?

• You can speak and write fluently in Dutch and English. Both at C1 level.
• It is no problem for you to work shifts, so you can work in the morning, afternoon and night;
• You have a diploma in resuscitation or have knowledge of the police, fire brigade or other emergency response;
• Experience in providing emergency assistance or communications is a great advantage
• You have experience with MS Office and Google Maps.
