Are you experienced in leading large-scale EPC turnkey projects? Would you like to use your project management skills to promote sustainable waste solutions?

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of international engineering projects. You will ensure all aspects such as safety, cost, and compliance with project goals are managed effectively across multiple disciplines.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Oversee project frameworks, planning and deliverables for major international projects.
Coordinate and supervise all disciplines involved in project execution, both internally and with external parties.
Develop cross-discipline strategies to support business development, considering investment costs.
Work with the Contract Manager to ensure correct implementation of general conditions, risk containment, and achievement of project goals.
Advise on impactful technical business choices during the creation of the business plan.
Define clear project goals for all teams and ensure scope compliance with project owner requirements.
Prioritise and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Lead contract negotiations internally and externally.
Manage technical aspects related to multidisciplinary projects, including HAZOP and ATEX.
Manage and motivate various specialists, contractors, and suppliers.

Gevraagd

Must have a scientific degree in civil, bio, or industrial engineering.
At least 10 years of industrial experience, preferably with successful delivery of EPC turnkey projects.
Experience managing projects with a total installed cost (TIC) between $50 million and $200 million.
Demonstrable commitment to HSE management in a project environment.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities with a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary activities.
Knowledge of management of change processes.
Willingness to travel abroad up to 25% of the time.
Must be a socially adept, communicative team player who takes initiative and can tackle high-tech problems.
