As a planner, you make sure everything runs smoothly! You’ll be responsible for creating and managing daily and weekly schedules, ensuring both clients and flex workers know exactly what to expect. Your communication skills are top-notch, and everyone can count on you, just like you can count on them.

What will you do?

Use advanced planning tools to create and manage daily, weekly, and ad-hoc schedules.
Coordinate with flex workers and clients for smooth operations.
Communicate clear details to flex workers to ensure they are well-prepared.
Build a top team of flex workers who meet our high standards.
Monitor attendance and ensure schedules are followed.
Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional weekend shifts, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Recruit new candidates.

What do we ask?

MBO level education or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a staffing agency.
Strong communication skills in English, Polish or another language is a plus.
Familiarity with automated planning systems is a bonus.
Organized, self-motivated, stress-resistant, result-driven, and adaptable.
Willingness to be on stand-by after hours.
A valid driver’s license (B).

Salary between €2900 and €3200 (depending on experience).
Extra pay for shift work and standby duties.
