As a Warehouse Team Leader, you play a crucial role in efficiently managing and coordinating daily activities in our warehouse. You are responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse employees to achieve the company's goals.
- Ensure safe and responsible use of machinery/MHE.
- Take action in case of irregularities and/or escalations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the warehouse manager.
- Maintain new and existing (customer-specific) work instructions.
- Follow up on inbound and outbound workflows.
- Ensure optimal execution of warehouse processes/operational activities.
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar supervisory role in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics software is a plus.
