We are Fo-cus and we are an employment agency based in Roosendaal. For our client in Moerdijk – an international company dealing in forwarding, logistics, and transport, we are looking for a Warehouse Team leader.
The Teamleader is part of the warehouse team where he/she coordinates the activities of and manages the Warehouse Agents. The Teamleader reports directly to the Branch Manager.
Main tasks: To ensure the effective and correct functioning of the warehouse operation and optimal service to our customers. The Teamleader coordinates and performs operational activities according to applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Sub tasks:
- Executing and ensuring optimal execution of the warehouse processes/operational activities
- Follow up on In- and Outbound workflow
- Maintaining new and existing (customer-specific) work instructions
- Tuning and cooperating with the Branch Manager
- Operations in case of irregularities and/or escalations
- Ensure safe and responsible use of machines/MHE
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership capabilities
- Knowledge and experience with warehouse activities
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Dutch or English
- Good communicator, on different levels
