Our partner in Utrecht is a home furnishings boulevard and one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Flanders. They are a rapidly growing scale-up in Home & Living with the goal of transforming every home. Offering an extensive collection, inspiration, advice, and excellent service, they make shopping in Home & Living fun and easy! As an ambitious e-commerce organization in Home & Living, their vision is to expand their product range and become the biggest e-commerce platform for furnishing.

Behind the scenes, there is a complex IT environment, and they rely on this environment to ensure everything runs smoothly and keeps customers happy. With a team of around 7 people in the IT department, they aim for growth and strength.

That's why they are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to ensure everything continues to function smoothly.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our client's team. If you have a strong background in software testing, particularly in e-commerce flow processes and automated testing, we want to hear from you. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure that quality issues are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Understand and test e-commerce flow processes to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce processes.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Experienced with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
• Knowledgeable in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Located in the Netherlands, able to work without sponsorship
