Description of your professional mission

In this role, you’re part of a driven scrum team, helping design, build, test and release software that keeps the logistics chain running smoothly. You take ownership of frontend solutions but also enjoy peeking behind the curtain: working on backend tasks, helping shape APIs, and exploring full-stack challenges.

You are a full stack developer who loves the craft. You know Angular and TypeScript inside out, build maintainable components, and care about performance and UX. At the same time, you’re curious about backend systems and cloud infrastructure. Whether it’s Kotlin, Terraform or AWS… you're open to explore and evolve. You’re also invested in keeping up with the latest developments, techniques and best practice because you know that great engineering never stands still.

We work in an environment where ports, road, barge, rail and regulations intersect. If you’re already familiar with this world, that's a big plus. If not, we’ll help you get up to speed. What matters most is that you want to improve things, build smart software and collaborate with passionate peers.

We are looking for you if you

• Think Agile, work Scrum, bring frondend expertise and delivery is in your DNA

• Have a HBO/WO working and thinking level

• Have at least three years of experience with Angular and TypeScript

• Love clean code, reusable components and thoughtful architecture

• Have an interest in or experience with backend (Java, Kotlin, event-driven systems)

• Are familiar with or open to working with AWS, Terraform, Docker and cloud-native stacks

• Care about security, authentication and robust authorization

• Bonus points for: mobile app development, CloudFront, Event Sourcing frameworks experience

• Know that technology is a means to an end: better port logistics and higher customer satisfaction

About Portbase
