We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to take the lead in shaping and refining our product offerings. • Develop and Optimise Business Cases: Create and refine business cases for all products and events in close collaboration with our management team.

• Profitability Analysis: Conduct detailed product profitability analyses, developing strategies to improve margins.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare forecasts and budgets to support financial planning and ensure our liquidity.

• Support Business Development: Drive strategic projects and support the establishment of new business areas.

• Visualise and Present Financial Reports: Prepare and present clear financial reports and analyses for decision-makers.

1. Implementation of Data-Driven Business Cases for 100% of Events and Product Offerings: You will develop and optimise business cases for all products and events, supporting strategic decisions and contributing actively to the ongoing development of our portfolio.
2. Increase in Product Profitability: Through targeted profitability analyses and concrete action recommendations, you will drive a significant improvement in the margins of our main product lines.
3. Enhancement of Budget and Forecasting Accuracy: By implementing precise budgeting and forecasting, you will improve the accuracy of our financial planning and ensure reliable liquidity management that supports company growth.

Gevraagd

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Controller or Analyst with a focus on business case development and financial planning.

• Proven competence in financial tools and experience in data modelling to support analysis and reporting processes.

• Experience in profitability analysis and the ability to provide targeted recommendations for margin improvement.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and building scenarios for strategic decision-making.

• A good sense for business potential and the ability to quickly identify and sustainably resolve weaknesses.

• Excellent communication skills and a talent for effective cross-departmental collaboration.

• Fluency in English; German or Dutch are a plus.
