In this role, you won’t be merely fixing tickets; instead, you’ll engage directly with clients, transforming their problems into well-thought-out, strategic solutions. As a Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer, your primary responsibility will be designing and managing Azure cloud infrastructures from the ground up. You’ll serve as a crucial bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring that infrastructure and cloud environments meet the demands of each project. This role goes beyond simply responding to tickets—you’ll have the autonomy to identify and implement solutions proactively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing cloud environments in Azure, starting from scratch.
• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Supporting development teams by implementing and optimizing infrastructure for performance and scalability.
• Ensuring continuous integration and delivery pipelines are functioning smoothly and securely.
• Solving complex cloud and infrastructure challenges independently, with minimal oversight.
• Maintaining open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide technical guidance.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Azure, including designing and deploying cloud infrastructures.
• Strong expertise with DevOps tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with automation processes and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on efficiency and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to translate technical challenges into actionable solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in maintaining secure infrastructures.
