Job Description:

As a forklift operator, you will ensure that pallets and packages are properly unloaded from trucks, weighed, and transported to the correct location in our warehouse. In addition to unloading trucks, you are also responsible for other internal movements within our warehouse. Once packages or pallets have been scanned or checked by your colleagues, you expertly maneuver the goods into the appropriate truck. Since you feel responsible for your tasks as a forklift operator, you are always alert to any errors or necessary adjustments to package routes or truck loading.

Starting from December 2, we will be opening a new location, and your duties will be based at Schiphol Noord.

What do we offer?

• A salary of €2,668 per month for full-time employment, excluding bonuses.
• 33% holiday pay and extra vacation days that increase with age.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
• Your working hours will be from 05:00-10:30 or 17:00-21:30.
• End-of-year bonus of €1074 gross per year, which is approximately €0,5246 extra per worked hour.
• You will only work on weekdays, and you’re free on weekends!
• Plenty of growth opportunities within our warehouse.
• Our preference is for you to work 5 days a week, but if you prefer fewer days and are excited about this role, feel free to apply anyway.

What do we ask?

• You are at least 18 years old due to working with various machines.
• You have a forklift certificate.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• A driver’s license is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You are willing to follow an (online) Awareness Dangerous Goods course after a successful tour. This course takes 70 minutes and can be completed at our location!
• After a positive tour, we will request your Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
