You will be joining a fast-moving company that supplies into a market where new and better products are required. You will be part of our office in Deventer, The Netherlands and join our project management organisation.

You handle large-scale customer-focused projects

As our new project manager, you will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders across departments and functions -from Sales to Supply Chain, Finance (project budget and cost control) and Risk management of customer focused projects. This means you will have direct influence on ensuring project and financial progress and happy customers.

Doing so, you will be responsible for various projects from start till finish, as you:

Ensure the clarification, specification and execution of each project from the initial quotation phase to commissioning, handover, follow-up and project completion
Generate buy-in among your stakeholders and motivate your team to ensure that all aspects of a project are moving in the same direction
Make sure that your projects are delivered safely, within budget and according to scope, quality and schedule
Oversee and ensure that customers are managed properly and that their satisfaction levels remain high during the execution of each project

As part of the project process, you must be willing to travel, visiting sites as you implement projects or participate in customer meetings.

Eisen

Experienced project manager with technical insight

You are highly organised and great at taking a helicopter view when examining the project process from start to finish and foreseeing issues as well as solutions. Additionally, you are a strong communicator who can mitigate between stakeholders, communicate changes and solve unforeseen challenges.

Moreover, we require that you:

- Have experience from a similar role in a global company in the same industry – alternatively, you have experience from the industry and knowledge of project management
- Bring a relevant degree in engineering or within a similar field
- Speak and write English fluently
- Speak and write Dutch fluently (Must)
