What do we expect from you
As a Production Worker at Schouten Twente, you will be a key part of the production line, ensuring the vegetarian products are perfectly packaged, labeled and meet top-tier quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
·       Pack products into trays and boxes efficiently;
·       Accurately label products with correct codes and information;
·       Monitor quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards;
·       Operate and oversee production machinery;
·       Work closely with your team to meet daily production targets.

What are we looking for
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
·       Motivation and a positive work attitude;
·       Basic English-speaking skills for smooth communication;
·       Willingness to work in cold production environment;
·       Reliability and team spirit.

What do we offer
·       A competitive starting wage of €15.28/hour (based on age 21+);
·       33% shift allowance for evening hours (18:00–00:00);
·       Options for day or 2-shift work schedules;
