We are the Premium Cloud Service Partner for all our clients. Our philosophy is simple but effective: to relieve the client of their ICT concerns. With our own label eCumulus, we offer a multi-cloud platform for workplace, hosting, and network services. We have over 300 clients. Together with your 300+ colleagues, you will work alternately from home, at the client's location, or at our headquarters in Utrecht.

What will you do as a Lead Engineer?

• Define and prioritize the work of technical team members in a project.
  
• Report project progress to the project leader and timely signal deviations in the technical solution and planning, proposing alternatives if necessary.
  
• Be ultimately responsible for the design, feasibility, and realization of the technical solution in collaboration with consultants, engineers, and the project manager.
  
• Contribute to the further development of the infrastructure based on decision-making and market developments.
  
• Work in specialized transition and development teams on the onboarding of new clients and the development and innovation of the platform.
  
• Coach Engineers and play an active role in training and guiding the operations department.

What are we looking for?

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (or more than 5 years as an independent engineer within a project team).
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make implementation projects successful.
  
• Ability to independently build and realize project building blocks.
  
• Familiar with various project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  
• A commercial mindset and experience in supporting projects.
  
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
