We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a well-known company in Rotterdam. You will support management system improvements, ensure compliance with standards, and manage nonconformity reports. The role involves preparing quality plans, conducting internal audits, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Support designated units in creating and enhancing management system processes and documentation.
• Ensure the management system is compliant with the applicable quality standards.
• Manage the NCR and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify project-specific quality assurance requirements from contracts and specifications, and integrate them into relevant procedures and plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare Project Quality Plans.
• Develop project-specific Inspection and Test Plans.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and root cause analysis for nonconformities.
• Maintain and improve quality assurance management system documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits according to the audit schedule.
• Analyze, evaluate, and report on quality-related metrics and data.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and raise awareness about quality assurance.
• Identify and propose solutions for project risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and participate in related review meetings.

• BSc in technical direction is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent understanding of quality control methods and techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of implementation and/or change management is an advantage.
